TANDOORI ENTREES
|
The Tandoor is a tall cylindrical oven made of clay and heated by charcoal which is burnt at the bottom pit. The Temperature is maintained at 800° Fahrenheit. To achieve the process of baking, roasting and grilling, one has to be very skilled to work with the Tandoor.
[All items cooked in the Tandoor "clay oven" are served with marinated onion, mint chutney, wedge of lime, and pickled vegetables on a sizzling platter.]
